Cedarapids CRH5064 Portable HSI Impactor Plant

The Cedarapids CRH5064 Portable HSI Crusher is a heavy-duty portable HSI impactor plant designed for high-capacity aggregate production and demanding crushing applications. Available through Powerscreen Texas, the CRH5064 combines powerful impact crushing technology with efficient material handling systems to deliver exceptional productivity and performance.

At the core of the CRH5064 Portable HSI Impactor Plant is the TI5064 Horizontal Shaft Impactor. Featuring a high-inertia four-bar rotor, monoblock primary curtain with replaceable tips, and patented hydraulic overload protection on both aprons, the impact crusher is engineered to crush challenging materials while maintaining excellent throughput. Hydraulic assist apron adjustment allows operators to quickly fine-tune settings for changing material requirements.

The plant includes a Cedarapids Advantage Series feeder, large feed hopper, grizzly system, and integrated pan feeder to ensure smooth material flow through the crushing process. Optional features such as a blow bar jib crane, hydraulic feeder lift, feed hopper extensions, and grizzly fines cross conveyors enhance serviceability and operational flexibility. Designed for primary crushing of shot rock limestone and other demanding feed material, the CRH5064 Portable HSI Crusher delivers reliable production, superior material separation, and excellent ease of transport.
