Richard’s career in engineering began in Coalville, UK, where he started as an apprentice before moving into the world of aggregate processing and wash plant sales. Over nearly two decades, he’s built an impressive background spanning environmental cleanup, water and wastewater, power generation, oil and gas, and business development. Since making the move to the U.S., Richard has continued to grow his expertise helping customers find the right solutions while driving new opportunities for expansion across multiple industries.
